Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply.
1️) If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.
2️) Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3) For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefor there is no item to be exchanged. We will not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size. Each item is made to order once you place your order. Please refer to the sizing chart within the listing for exact measurement information before making your purchase.
4️) After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
